Celebrating the Launch of "Woven": A Craft Book Breakfast Event

I recently celebrated the launch of my new craft book, Woven! After 20 months of dedication and creativity, I couldn't be more proud of this achievement. To commemorate this special occasion, I hosted a delightful breakfast event at Bourne & Hollingsworth Buildings with some of my closest friends and supporters.

The atmosphere was filled with warmth and joy as we shared hugs, laughter, and beautiful bouquets created at my Bouquet Bar. The event wasn't just about enjoying delicious food; we also indulged in some weaving, connecting with the very essence of what Woven represents.

Woven teaches you how to create modern handwoven accessories using traditional techniques. In this book, I guide you in applying classic basket-weaving methods to craft contemporary accessories that elevate your style. With a collection of 15 projects, including a beach bag, backpack, straw hat, earrings, bangles, and more, you can easily bring texture and creativity into your outfits.

Featuring common materials like raffia, rope, and cane, Woven offers clear instructions paired with stunning lifestyle photography and illustrations. Whether you’re a seasoned basket maker or a complete beginner, this book will inspire you to weave in exciting new ways.

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who supported me throughout this journey. It’s hard to believe that this is already my second book! The incredible team at Quadrille Books has been instrumental in bringing my vision to life, and I am truly grateful for their collaboration.

With the launch of Woven, I am proud to embrace my new identity as a multi-published author! Thank you for being a part of this journey—here’s to many more creative adventures ahead!
